Cathy Parbst P.T.

Cathy is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with degrees in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy. She is a former professional Duathlete, who has placed 12th in the World Championships in Germany in 1998. 

Cathy compliments Abundant Life Wellness Center in offering patients a wide variety of services.  She specializes in musculoskeletal injuries in adults and children, and provides education to her patients regarding body mechanics, posture and strengthening.
